If applicants have been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months. Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months. **Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.** **Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.** Company
