Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species, Must be willing to sign and abide by Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines, Regularly lift and/or move, with assistance, up to 50 pounds, Occasionally move up to 300 pounds, Regularly required to stand majority of shift, Use hands to handle or feel objects, Reach with hands and balance, Climb/ladder stoop, Work on wet, slippery surfaces, Work in hot, dry, extreme dusty, wet and cold environments, Safety goggles, safety glasses, face shield, chemical gloves, waterproof apron, company issued footwear required, Ear plugs will be used as needed, NIOSH approved N95 particulate respirators will be worn as needed

What You'll Do.
Assist with selection of pedigree birds
Audit market birds for wing bands
Monitor ventilation and light
Identify coop birds are assigned to
Maintain clean foot pans
Sanitize selection breakroom and equipment
Observe farm structures and equipment condition
Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
Assist with setting up for selection
Load empty coops into house
Place catch frames in pens
Hang lights for better visual
Set up scales and scanner
Ensure dead birds are disposed of properly
Assist with moving birds
Wash/disinfect properly euthanize weak/ill birds
