Pick up eggs from houses
Deliver eggs to hatchery
Operate egg sanitizer
Pack eggs for international orders
Dispose of substandard eggs
Load PS/SS eggs on truck
Deliver eggs to front egg room
Assist with loading egg racks
Monitor hatchery environment hourly
Report environmental issues
Wash/disinfect flats and trays
Disinfect crates daily
Thorough cleaning weekly
Disinfect egg van after each pickup
Fumigate specified areas
Clean and sanitize egg room
Clean and sanitize hatchery vehicles
Remove waste at end of shift
Maintain vehicle fluid levels
Maintain vehicle filters
Maintain vehicle tire pressure
Maintain clean work area
