Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience, Must be able to follow written and oral instruction, Must regard safety as a core must serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures, Must have service and quality address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand the root cause, then communicate / educate the team in a timely manner, Must be able to actively contribute in a team based encourage open communication and positive interaction with peers and management to effectively reach a common goal

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Load raw material into machine
Unload finished product
Determine and control machine cycle
Perform tests and check products
Meet production schedules
Program production sequences
Follow standard operating procedures
Report any malfunctions or abnormalities
Make minor adjustments and repairs
Maintain production records and logs
Adjust set up and process operations
and housekeeping procedures
Attend and participate in all required training
Understand and implement quality standard procedures
Perform general housekeeping tasks
Assist other areas as required
Continuously review current processes
Search out improvement methods
and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform all other functions as necessary
