Bachelor’s Degree, Experience with electronic test equipment (power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc), ability to troubleshoot electrical and firmware issues on circuits/hardware, Exposure to QA principles and processes, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams, Effective written communication skills in presentation of methods and observations, Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Electrical/Computer engineering is a plus, Familiarity with the software QA process in the medical device industry or other regulated environment (e. g. , FAA, SEC, DoD, Title 21 CFR part 11), and the related verification, validation, and documentation requirements

What You'll Do.

design and execute tests in support of our Class II cardiac monitoring devices and their supporting software infrastructure

act as an advocate for the quality of our software

Perform manual system-level

and acceptance testing on embedded systems software (C) and supporting desktop software applications (C#/.NET)

Develop written verification test protocols

document and report test results to both functional and customer requirements

Analyze and test field failures to establish repeatability before working with the development team to address the root cause and verify the correction before release

In this role, you will act as an advocate for the quality of our software, both from the perspective of our patients and our internal customers, working primarily with firmware written in C and with C#/.NET windows desktop applications.
