### The Opportunity FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead [InfluTracker](https://influ-tracker-ai.replit.app/), an AI-native content intelligence and publishing venture currently in build at our studio. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role. [InfluTracker](https://influ-tracker-ai.replit.app/) is an AI-first content intelligence engine that transforms raw information into structured insights and ready-to-publish content. The platform ingests high-signal content from sources like LinkedIn, X, newsletters, blogs, and podcasts, extracts and clusters insights into themes, and generates drafts tailored to individual or brand voice — creating a seamless workflow from input → insight → output. Rather than another point solution for capture, writing, or scheduling, [InfluTracker](https://influ-tracker-ai.replit.app/) is designed to be the system of record for modern content creation across individuals and teams. The venture begins with an initial product, real users, and immediate feedback loops to accelerate iteration and go-to-market. We are now seeking the founder to lead the venture from here. ### Market Context * Content has become a primary distribution channel for founders, operators, marketers, and creators across LinkedIn, X, and newsletters * Professionals spend 5–10+ hours per week consuming fragmented information with no system to convert input into structured insights and consistent output * High-performing creators publish 3–7x per week with structured workflows, while most professionals lack a repeatable system for insight → content * Adjacent categories (social listening, creator tools, AI writing) exceed $10B+ and continue to grow, with clear willingness to pay across Notion, Substack, Hootsuite, and Jasper * Expansion path runs from individual creators to teams to enterprise content workflows ### About FutureSight FutureSight is a leading venture studio that co-creates world-class softwar
