1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, High school diploma or equivalent, Mechanically-inclined, organizational skills, Flexibility to work on different types of projects, Experience working on different types of machinery, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail, Self-starter, Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
What You'll Do.
Learn and develop skills to maintain manufacturing machines
and general maintenance
Prepare materials for machine setup and operation
Keep manufacturing area clean and organized
Ensure machines are cleaned and running properly
Perform support functions and secondary operations
Assist with organization of department to improve efficiency
Perform daily and preventative maintenance
Complete all required paperwork
Adhere to company Code of Conduct
Ensure compliance with governmental laws
Represent company in a professional manner

Works with all departments to ensure machines are running properly; Works with others to obtain a greater understand of the manufacturing process
