Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** This position requires a time served CNC Tech/process Engineer with a proven track record and experience in machining aluminium diecast components on high speed 5 axis machines. Reporting directly to Assembly Engineering Manager, the CNC Tech/process Engineer is required to be able to work of their own initiative whilst also liaising with Production, Quality and Engineer to respond to any issues that affect CNC operation. The CNC Tech/Process Engineer is responsible for proving new programs, commissioning new fixtures and cutting tools. Monitoring part quality and dimensional reports to maintain optimum machining conditions. The CNC Tech/Process Engineer will be responsible for the training and development of the setter/operators across the shift pattern and control standards and safe working practices. Performing machining troubleshooting and TPMs are also key tasks for this role and , drive improvements on process linked with CNC. **This role entails but is not limited to: -** * Support production on a daily basis. * Competent in running CNC’s and all aspects of the machine performance, fault finding and di
