What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Operate computer numerical control machines, Load parts in the machine, Cycle machine, Detect malfunctions in machine operations, Run production lots, Communicate with co-workers regarding productions runs, Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment, Perform all assigned machining operations, Read blueprints, Set Jaws to correct diameter, Change inserts and make offsets to adjust to specs, Change tools and be able to set tools, Perform own inspections using caliper, micrometer, height stand, digital bore gauge, id tooling, boring bars and bore gages, Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management, Know how to set up drills/collets/taps
Nice to Have
Dual spindle lathe experience, CMM experience
