**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** **Salary range: Rs 50000 - Rs 550000 (ie INR 0.5 - 5.5 LPA)** Min Experience: 3+ years Location: Coimbatore JobType: full-time We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for precision machining operations while ensuring high-quality production standards. This role requires strong hands-on experience in CNC programming, CNC machine operation, and machine handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with a strong technical mindset, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality are encouraged to apply. As a CNC Programmer, you will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to manufacture components according to technical drawings and customer specifications. The role involves setting up machines, selecting tools, troubleshooting machining issues, and maintaining production efficiency while minimizing material wastage and machine downtime. **Requirements** ### Key Responsibilities * Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations. * Operate CNC machines including milling, turning, drilling, and cutting machines. * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. * Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines. * Monitor machining processes to ensure precision and product quality. * Perform machine trials and make program adjustments when required. * Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. * Troubleshoot machine and programming issues to minimize downtime. * Maintain proper documentation of machine settings, tooling, and production reports. * Coordinate with quality and production teams for process improvements. * Follow workplace safety standards, machine maintenance procedures, and manufacturing best practic
