Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, Requires eye protection and safety shoes, Occasionally works in outside weather conditions, Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places, Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration, ITAR-compliant operations, Must be a U. S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder) or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer, 1+ years of multi-axis CNC Programming experience, 2+ years of experience as a setup Machinist or Lathe Machinist, Mastercam or CAMWorks experience, Basic level of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances, U. S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status

What You'll Do.
Develop and create CNC programs for CNC Milling machines for quality
cost or tooling efficiency
Setup sheet creation and revision
Approval of CNC programs
revisions and documentation
Prepare CAM files from various sources to include CAD files
and verbal instruction
Set up CNC milling machines and run parts as needed
Review customer documentation for errors and work with Estimators
or customers to correct prior to manufacturing
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide technical support to Project Engineers, Supervisors, Estimators and CNC Machinists for CNC program creation and/or modification; Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

This role will also be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines for proofing programs and production as needed in a prototype machine environment.
