You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Technical Leader and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY. If you're passionate about precision, thrive in a collaborative environment, and love solving complex challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. **As a CNC Programmer, you will:** * Create detailed operation sheets and NC programs to produce high-precision machined parts and sub-assemblies * Define manufacturing sequences, tooling, gauging, and machine requirements to streamline production * Work closely with engineering, quality, production, and vendors to resolve issues and enhance manufacturability * Be hands-on in the production environment, assisting with program prove-outs and troubleshooting * Recommend and implement process enhancements, tooling upgrades, and design modifications * Assist in estimating costs and timelines for new proposals and tooling development **To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll typically bring with you:** * A Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience * 3+ years of CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software * Experience with Multi-Axis Machining * Strong knowledge of process engineering from raw material to finished product * Hands-on experience with machine setup and operation *
