What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completion of a certificate or diploma program in CNC programming, machining, or a related field, at least three (3) years of direct CNC programming experience using Mastercam or similar software, 2+ years of hands-on CNC programming and operation experience, reading and interpreting CAD models, blueprints, and technical drawings, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), communication skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, experience with precision measurement tools, Demonstrated understanding of workplace safety practices, basic machine maintenance procedures, Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, Collaborative team player, Coachable person, Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods of time

ideally with prototypes or low volume production, lean manufacturing or Six Sigma, actively supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment, looks for best practices in operations
