Key specific responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving production program issues, developing offline CNC programs for critical paths or bottlenecks based on shop floor priorities, and supporting new product introductions and project-related programming activities. The position also focuses on improving programming efficiency to optimize cycle times, increase throughput, and maximize machine utilization. As a standard requirement, the employee is expected to perform and accurately document manufacturing activities in alignment with company objectives and quality standards.
