Must Have
manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, visual inspection with microscope on small parts, attention to detail, intermediate math skills, ability to work with little or no supervision, excellent verbal and written communication skills

geometric and trigonometric formulas a plus, well organized, ability to multi-task, open to new ideas and team work, self-motivated individual, willingness to continually strive to increase personal knowledge and value, advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
What You'll Do.
Operate assigned CNC Milling machines
Produce parts meeting dimensional specifications
Conduct basic machine changeovers
Complete quality control documentation
Complete inspection sheets
Measure and inspect parts
Load/unload parts from CNC machine
Implement dimensional adjustments as instructed
Inspect product per instructions
