High school diploma or equivalent, manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude, Able to perform visual inspection with the use of a microscope on small attention to detail, Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas a plus, Self-starter with the ability to work with little or no well organized and possesses the ability to multi-task, Team player, open to new ideas and team work, self-motivated individual, willingness to continually strive to increase personal knowledge and value, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail, Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
Nice to Have
Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas a plus

Operate assigned machines
Produce quality parts
Conduct basic machine changeovers
Complete quality control documentation
Complete inspection sheet
Implement dimensional adjustments
Perform basic set-ups
Perform job change overs
Adjust part to print specifications
Communicate issues or inefficiencies
Inspect product per instructions

Follow safety regulations
Adhere to company policies
