What You'll Do.
operating the basic CNC operation and inspection of machined parts
operating CNC lathes and milling machines
preparing and loading of parts
daily inspection and maintenance to ensure all quality requirements are met
Ensure parts are machined to meet production goals
Prepare and loads raw materials and parts onto CNC machines
Handle materials appropriately and safely
Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings
Perform daily maintenance on CNC machinery
Conduct routine inspection and replace worn-out tooling as needed
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Perform daily 6S activities to ensure organization and cleanliness of work area
Perform necessary transactions in ERP system to maintain accurate inventory

Duties include operating CNC lathes and milling machines, preparing and loading of parts and daily inspection and maintenance to ensure all quality requirements are met. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and or abilities required.
