Eligibility Requirements

Must be able to work one or more of the following shifts: A Shift Mon – Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm, B Shift Mon – Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00 am, C shift Friday – Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm, D shift Mon – Thursday 5:00pm - 5:30am, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident (i. e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10, 001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training., Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical, Physically able to climb ladders, stairs, work in small/restricted areas, and lift and carry 25 lbs.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Seven (7) years related CNC experience, Two (2) years’ experience with multi axis machines, Ability to provide Design for Manufacturing feedback, Must be physically able to climb ladders, stairs, work in small/restricted areas, and lift and carry 25 lbs.

Nice to Have

Two (2) years’ experience with CNC programming, Tooling and fixture design, Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) experience, Outside processing knowledge including: heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc., CMM programming/operation experience, Conversational programming on the machine, Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts

Responsible for setting up and operating a variety of CNC machines and equipment to produce accurate components enabling first article success on tight tolerance
