What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of CNC machining experience
What You'll Do.
manufacture hardware from billet material and additively manufactured hardware utilizing state of the art CNC machinery
Set up and operate multi-axis CNC Mills/Lathes
Read and interpret setup sheets and tool lists
Ability to check parts that are running according to the in-process inspection plan
including optical comparator
Understand speeds and feeds
Communicate with machine shop leadership when parts exhibit quality issues or concern
Perform first article inspections
Deburr all parts to ensure quality part
Able to read and intercept aerospace drawings
Perform basic maintenance needs of the machine
