Must Have
3+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment, independently owning the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC Mills, Demonstrated ability to independently perform full machine setups and fabricate custom tooling/fixtures as needed., ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, process documents, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications., Proficiency in performing First Article Inspections and checking your own parts using precision measurement tools., mechanical aptitude with the ability to adapt to varying part requirements and resolve production errors on the fly.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in an ISO 9001 certified shop environment., Experience planning and executing unattended, "lights-out" operations.
What You'll Do.
Run and operate Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills and Lathes
independent machine setups

You will take complete ownership of your production process end-to-end, independently setting up, editing, and operating Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills and Lathes to perform close-tolerance machining.
