What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of CNC programming experience, 4–5 years of experience with machine setup and fixturing, Familiarity with SolidWorks CAM, understanding of tooling selection, feeds and speeds, and machining techniques, Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with lathes, drilling, grinding, milling, and hand tools, Ability to perform basic machine maintenance, attention to detail, commitment to quality, Team-oriented mindset, ability to collaborate on process improvements
What You'll Do.
Set up and operate multi-axis CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines
and technical instructions
Produce precision parts to tight tolerances (±. 002")
Inspect completed components using standard measuring tools
Make program edits and assist in creating CNC programs as needed
Develop and refine fixturing and setups for repeat production runs
Troubleshoot machining and setup issues with minimal supervision
Maintain workflow efficiency and adhere to production timelines
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
