Eligibility Requirements

Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident (i. e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10, 001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

Must Have

10+ years of experience with 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining, 10+ years of experience with manual mill and lathe, 7+ years of experience with NX, Full understanding of GD&T and the tools to execute the inspection of, Experience machining one or more of the following materials: nickel-based stainless-steel alloys (Inconel, Monel, etc. ), Copper, Aluminum and/or Titanium, Extensive experience with one or more of the following CNC machines: Mazak, Hass, DMG Mori, Mori Seiki, and/or Okuma, Working knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol or other CNC controls, Excellent blueprint reading skills including GD&T per current ASME Y14. 5M standard, Familiar with use of personal computers, Ability to provide Design for Manufacturing feedback, Lift and carry 50 lbs

Nice to Have

Experience machining vehicle-sized tooling, Experience in integrating metrology in-line with machining, Experience machining nickel-based stainless-steel alloys, copper, titanium, Tooling and fixture design, Outside processing knowledge, including heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc., CMM programming/operation experience, Conversational programming on the machine, Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts
