We are seeking an experienced CNC Laser Operator to set up, operate, and maintain laser and punch equipment (Trumpf preferred). This role is responsible for producing high-quality parts, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ## Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Required: * High school diploma or equivalent or 5+ years of related experience * 5+ years of CNC laser and/or punch experience * Blueprint reading skills * Experience using precision measuring tools * Basic knowledge of G-code and CNC operations * Strong understanding of machine safety Preferred: * Experience with Trumpf machines and controls * Basic troubleshooting and maintenance experience * Familiarity with gases used in laser cutting * Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC laser and/or punch machines (Trumpf preferred) * Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions * Perform tool setup and machine adjustments * Monitor production and ensure part quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Perform routine maintenance including cleaning lenses, nozzles, and machine components * Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with minor repairs * Understand material types (steel, aluminum, stainless) and thi
