Resolve issues that prevent auto-quoting; Assist in troubleshooting parts
overnight shift Monday to Friday 7pm to 3am, support if overnight, ITAR-compliant operations, U. S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status, Individuals with temporary visas (e.g. E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN or OPT) are not eligible for hire, occasionally required to use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and reach with hands, and arms, talk, see and hear, regularly required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel, able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, manufacturing area exposed to machinery, eye protection and safety shoes required, Occasionally works in outside weather conditions, Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places, occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration, noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate

Must Have
CAD/CAM software packages, advanced proprietary graphical computer-aided analysis software, communication skills, both verbal and written, work independently with minimal supervision, multitask and prioritize own workload, work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, Attention to detail and accuracy, comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions, and direction from supervisors or technical leads
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar, Experience with CNC operated machines, Experience with Haas machine tools
What You'll Do.
Create and send quotes/toolpaths
Create Quality Control checks
Resolve issues that prevent auto-quoting
Develop and maintain knowledge of organizational processes
Convey benefits and respond to inquiries
Collaborate with internal resources
Provide assistance to machine operators
Assist in troubleshooting parts
Evaluates for best practice and improvement opportunities
Comply with all company quality and safety standards
Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Perform additional tasks as assigned
