Hybrid: Out in the field visiting patients in Stevensville and Saint Joseph surrounding areas, Must comply with the MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category.

Must Have
State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course, Driver's License within the State of Michigan, CRT - Nursing Assistant – Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems upon hire, CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross
What You'll Do.
Providing direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse
consistent with policies and procedures of the unit.
Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients including dressing
transporting and feeding.
Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines.
Maintains patients’ environment/work area/equipment and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department/unit personnel.
Complete and maintain required number of CNA educational hours.
Participation in select unit quality monitoring activities under the direction of the Unit Manager or Nurse Leader.
Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
