What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED, State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, Basic computer skills, Ability to think and work independently, Excellent oral communication skills, Endure high-pressure situations
Nice to Have
Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
What You'll Do.
Demonstrate positive working relationship
Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information
Assist with daily living activities
Turn and ambulate patients
Deliver food and beverages
Help patients with personal hygiene
Provide adjunct patient care
Monitor urinary output
Process information from professionals
Utilize infection control precautions
Utilize infection control practices
Demonstrate knowledge of fire procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
Report all safety violations
