3–5 years of experience in web content authoring, CMS operations, or digital publishing., Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, WordPress, Contentful., Experience working in Agile or workflow-driven environments with cross-functional teams., Comfortable working with structured processes, governance models, and publishing standards., Hands-on experience with AEM Sites authoring, Page creation, Editable templates, Content fragments, Experience fragments., Experience using AEM Assets (DAM) for Asset uploads, Metadata tagging, Folder organization., Basic understanding of Multi Site Manager (MSM), Live Copies, Language Copies, Publishing and replication workflows., Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS., Ability to troubleshoot minor formatting and content display issues., Understanding of SEO fundamentals, Metadata optimization, URL structure, Accessibility basics (WCAG)., Familiarity with image and video optimization for web publishing., Experience using JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, Similar collaboration and ticketing tools., written and verbal communication skills., Ability to follow authoring standards, documentation, and publishing workflows accurately.

Support content rollouts across multiple sites

Assist with Live Copies

Terminology consistency
