Support our client-dedicated Integrated Facilities Management team through involvement in business systems tied to financial, work order data, facility statistics. Responsible for data governance and management. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, consistently make effective, high quality decisions, and must develop and effectively manage client relationships. **Job Responsibilities** * Management Leads teams on projects * Budgeting/Reporting Preparation of detailed budgets for operationsPreparation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc reports * Performance Management Support operational analysis and performance to ensure flawless execution against KPIs and other associated metricsWork closely with and support Account Leadership and Clients (internal & external) in implementing reporting routines to ensure seamless and timely service delivery * Client Service/Satisfaction Develop and maintain positive client relationshipConflict resolution and solution analysis * Any and all other duties and tasks assigned **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities** * Education/training Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business or Computer sciencePreferred – Advanced degree * Years of relevant experience Minimum – 5+Preferred – 6+ * Skills and knowledge * Minimum Advanced experience with MS Office suite, and CMMS databases, Visio, SharepointSolid data analysis and research skills an
