Must Have
3+ years of experience working with CMMS, IWMS, EAM, or related maintenance management systems, Experience supporting facilities operations, maintenance planning, asset management, or building systems environments, Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and work order management, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field, Systems like IBM Maximo, ServiceNow Facilities, Archibus, Corrigo, FM: Systems and similar, Experience within smart buildings, commercial facilities, manufacturing, broadcast/media, or large campus environments
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary administrator for CMMS/IWMS platform
Manage system configuration and user support
Ensure integrations with operational systems function
Troubleshoot CMMS issues
Oversee work order lifecycle management
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
Support maintenance planning
Assist with vendor scheduling
Maintain asset records within CMMS
Assist with spare parts inventory
Generate CMMS reports and KPIs
Assist with maintenance performance reporting
Train users on CMMS best practices
