Full Job Description

### Main Tasks * Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulations and requests. * Be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other service activities related to large gantry-type CMM systems (e.g., MMZ, HAM). * Serve as the technical interface (PM Interface) for project management and scheduling-related topics. * Deliver basic technical service training (classroom, onsite, online) to service teams and support their skill development. * Prepare and update training materials and tools as needed. * Provide timely remote & onsite response and second technical CMM support to ZEISS field service team. * Travel domestically and internationally to provide technical and project-related support as required. * Communicate effectively between filed service teams and headquarters function departments (R&D, quality, production). * Stay updated on new product features and participate in relevant training sessions. * Collect and report field quality issues; participate in regular quality meetings when required. * Collaborate with other teams on technical topics and service-related matters. * Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. ### **Education** * College degree or above in a relevant industrial or technical field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. * Fluent in spoken and written English; overseas study or working experience is an advantage. ### ### **Experience** * At least 3 year of relevant work experience in technical service or support of industrial or measuring systems. * Customer or internal training experience is a plus. * Basic knowledge of automation systems, including system integration, PLCs, sensors, and related industrial technologies. ### **Other skills** * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team environment. * Effective communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset. * Will
