Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent GED, 3+ years experience in manufacturing / quality assurance, 3+ years experience in CMM programming, Ability to read blueprints, Ability to read GD&T, Ability to read data on a computer, Computer proficiency (above average), Knowledge of inspection methods, Knowledge of reading measurement tools, Must be able to read English, Must be able to write English, Must be able to understand English, Must be highly organized, Must be detailed orientated, Must have good written English communication skills, Must have good verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have
Associates Degree in technical or mathematical field, Knowledge of Quality Systems (IATF-16949), Knowledge of lean six sigma continuous improvement methodologies, Knowledge of statistics, Skills in Minitab programs, Ability to produce analytical reports, TS 16949 knowledge, TS 16949 experience
What You'll Do.
Support APQP activities
Support quality planning
Perform SPC capability data analysis
Inspect product quality
Evaluate product quality compliance
Adhere to company policies
Adhere to safety rules
Assist in gauge R&R studies
Provide gauge R&R reports
Assist Quality Assurance team
Interface with customers
Interface with suppliers
Maintain customer portals
Assist with outside repairs
Maintain gauge calibration
Maintain fixture calibration
Enter data into tracking software
Participate in LSS programs
Promote continuous improvement
Perform periodic calibration
Analyze measurement devices
Support receiving inspection program
Assist in process improvements
Participate on APQP Teams
Assist with PPAP documentation completion
