Previous experience as Sous Chef, Experience within a hotel environment, Solid knowledge of HACCP, Knowledge of food safety regulations

Nice to Have

Previous experience as Junior Sous Chef

What You'll Do.

Support daily culinary operations

Assist in leading kitchen team

Assist in motivating kitchen team

Assist in developing kitchen team

Ensure consistent food quality

Ensure consistent presentation standards

Support menu development

Support seasonal culinary initiatives

Monitor food safety standards

Monitor hygiene standards

Monitor HACCP standards

Assist with inventory management

Assist with purchasing

Assist with cost control

Coordinate with F&B management

Coordinate with other departments

Take hands-on role during service

Take hands-on role during events

Take hands-on role during banquets

Support staff training

Support onboarding of new team members
