Assist in developing kitchen team
Ensure consistent food quality
Ensure consistent presentation standards
Support menu development
Support seasonal culinary initiatives
Monitor food safety standards
Monitor hygiene standards
Monitor HACCP standards
Assist with inventory management
Assist with purchasing
Assist with cost control
Coordinate with F&B management
Coordinate with other departments
Take hands-on role during service
Take hands-on role during events
