What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Revenue Management or related experience in the hotel industry (Approximately 3+ years of experience), Analytical and Excel skills, Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with PMS/RMS systems (e.g. Opera, IDeaS), Experience with an international hotel brand

What You'll Do.

Develop and implement revenue strategies for the assigned cluster (multiple properties)

Prepare and continuously improve demand forecasts

Optimize pricing and inventory controls to maximize revenue

Analyze performance across OTA and direct distribution channels and implement improvement initiatives

Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis

Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as revenue

Utilize and enhance Revenue Management Systems (RMS)

Coach and develop team members

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Communication Scope

Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
