What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience, Business administration fundamentals, Project management experience, Funded knowledge in project management of development projects, Technological know-how in the field of optical systems, optical adjustment and/or coating technology, High degree of social competence (lateral employee leadership, network maintenance), Teamfähigkeit, Customer orientation, Good technical understanding, Independent and structured way of working, Negotiation-proof English skills
Nice to Have
Doctorate, Experience from the semiconductor supplier / OEM sector, GPM certification
