10+ years of experience in branch banking, with exposure to retail banking operations, Proven track record of managing multiple branches or a cluster in a banking environment, expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management, In-depth understanding of branch operations, compliance, and risk management, Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop large teams, analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive business decisions, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, Customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence, Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment
