Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives

Drive collections process for assigned cluster
Monitor and manage key performance indicators
Take ownership of portfolio's delinquency rates
Implement strategies to control roll rates
Develop and execute collections strategies
Analyze data and portfolio health
Ensure adherence to collections processes
Drive compliance with policies and guidelines
Conduct daily monitoring and regular reviews
Prepare and present reports on cluster performance
