What You'll Do.
Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives
Collaborate with third-party recovery agencies
Drive the collections process for your assigned cluster
Monitor and manage key performance indicators
Take ownership of portfolio's delinquency rates
Manage recovery of overdue payments within the cluster
Implement strategies to control roll rates
Minimize bucket-wise delinquencies
Develop and execute collections strategies
Analyze data and portfolio health
Ensure adherence to collections processes and SOPs
Drive compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Conduct daily monitoring and regular reviews
Prepare and present reports on cluster performance
