Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of technical work experience, 2+ years of technical engineering experience, Experience in Information Technology operations, US Citizen
Nice to Have
Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead, Experience with development in a distributed systems environment, Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment, Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings, Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars, Professional oral and written communication skills, Foundation in data modeling, Foundation in database design, Foundation in architecting data solutions, Experience applying technical or operational expertise
