Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. ARHS Group, part of Accenture , is looking for a Cloud Team Leader (Managed Services) to join our Cloud Center of Excellence. In this hybrid technical and leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cloud Managed Services team, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud environments. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to guide your team and deliver high-quality cloud services to our clients. THE WORK: * Lead the Cloud Managed Services team, managing daily operations including incident, problem, and change management. * Oversee cloud architecture to ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms. * Act as a mentor and technical reference for team members — supporting both technical execution and professional growth. * Drive automation and optimization initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and Python. * Define and maintain the Managed Services Quality Plan , continuously improving workflows (e.g., Jira SDM). * Monitor KPIs and service health, providing actionable reports and recommendations to management. * Manage team capacity, budget planning, and on-call schedules. * Shape the mid- and long-term Cloud MSP strategy as Product Owner, staying ahead of emerging trends. * Develop and maintain internal and external technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
