What You'll Do.
Manage and maintain the customer’s systems and cloud-based solution
ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
Provide technical support to internal and external customers
including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Monitor system performance and security
proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they become critical.
Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant laws
and industry standards.
Work closely with the IT team to plan and implement new technologies and solutions.
Ensure that all help desk requests are addressed promptly
Maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based systems
and optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Conduct training for internal and external customers on system and network administration
and other relevant IT topics.
