Must Have
Fluency in German and English, Legal right to work in Germany, Experience in Linux OS and network troubleshooting, Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field OR equivalent 6+ months experience in a technical position
Nice to Have
Experience in Monitoring and/or troubleshooting of: OS Administration (Linux/Windows) and Network Essentials (DNS, TCP/IP), Experience in Databases, Experience in Big Data, Experience in Analytics, Experience in Security, Experience in Development languages (Python, Ruby, PHP, Java,. NET, C#, JavaScript), Experience in Storage, Experience in Content Delivery, Experience in DevOps, Experience in Windows, Experience in Linux, Experience in Networking
What You'll Do.
Solve customer cases via telephone
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques
Provide tailored solutions for customers
Drive customer interactions
Work with customers to dive deep into root
Coach/mentor new hires
Develop and present training
Partner with development teams on complex issues
