What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical equivalent experience may be considered, Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications and services, Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Ruby, Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, RDS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and CloudFormation, Practical experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or similar automation frameworks, understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated build/deployment workflows, Experience with containerization and automation tools such as Docker and Ansible, Solid understanding of RESTful API design, integration patterns, and web-service architectures, Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, application deployments, and performance issues, Experience working within Agile Scrum teams and contributing to iterative delivery cycles, communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience supporting COTS/GOTS applications across Windows and Linux environments hosted on AWS, Familiarity with Assessment & Authorization (A&A) processes and security/compliance artifact development, Exposure to system engineering practices, open-source technologies, and cloud governance frameworks, Professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, AWS SysOps Administrator, or equivalent cloud/DevOps credentials
