You Are: Team, Customer & Contract Leadership: Provide proactive leadership in conflict resolution by addressing team challenges promptly and constructively, fostering a respectful and collaborative environment, and supporting the professional growth of team members through coaching, mentorship, and development planning. Act as the primary business leader for the program, overseeing all aspects of execution to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and customer objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact with Government organizations and customers for all contract and delivery communications. Lead all aspects of contract execution, including coordination of contract deliverables, bi-weekly IPRs, and alignment with customer expectations. Oversee contract funding execution, including labor, ODCs, and travel expenditures to ensure compliance and financial accuracy. Monitor and report SLA performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with contractual obligations. Coordinate and support AFS Quality Assurance reviews, Past Performance requests, and CPARs (self-input and coordination with the AFS CPARs team).
