US Citizenship or Green Card, Bachelor’s degree, Minimum Six(6) to Eight(8) years of prior relevant experience in IT infrastructure, at least 5 years in AWS cloud architecture, DevOps, or infrastructure automation, Expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, etc.), knowledge of networking (VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, load balancing), Hands on experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architecture, Owns policy for access roles, change management, ops workflows, code standards, compliance enforcement, high level infra and tooling decisions, Ensures infra budget controls, Owns policy for internal threat monitoring aka “watching the watchers”, Ownership of AWS services like Control Tower, Amazon Guard Duty, AWS Service Catalog, AWS Security Hub, AWS CloudTrail, Github Organization-Level Admin, Expertise in AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudFormation, Workspaces, Snowball), development background in Python (Boto3), Bash, SQL, Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform, GitLab CI, Puppet, Ansible), Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate, mentor, help, and support other team members, Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
