We’re hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer (AWSOps) to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our AWS infrastructure and platform services. This role is hands-on and focused on operational excellence, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The engineer will work across a broad cloud environment, supporting patching, upgrades, release execution, alert triage, automation, and security remediation. Responsibilities * Perform system patching, upgrades, and maintenance across AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ALBs/NLBs). * Support release cycles with proper change control, rollback readiness, and post-deployment validation. * Triage and resolve infrastructure alerts (Datadog), contributing to noise reduction and improved observability. * Participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation and incident response. * Maintain runbooks, ticket hygiene, and operational documentation for repeatable processes. * Contribute to Terraform-based infrastructure and monitoring resources. * Automate recurring operational tasks to improve consistency and reduce
