When our cloud runs well, officers and investigators can do their jobs. That's the bar. You'll join the CloudOps team running these platforms on Azure Public and Azure Government Cloud. The work is operational, hands-on, and high-stakes, with real room to shape how we use automation and AI to run cloud at scale. How will you make an impact? Deploying and validating application environments, executing releases, and managing change with discipline Running core Azure services in production: VMs, App Services, Storage, Azure SQL, networking, IAM, and Azure Monitor / Log Analytics Handling the operational work that keeps platforms reliable: patching, scaling, backups, DR validation, and access management Leading incident response and root cause analysis when things break, and writing the runbook so the next person doesn't have to relearn it Building automation that removes toil, with PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps Participating in 24×7 on-call rotations as part of a global operational model We're not adding "AI" to a job description for keywords.
