AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. An AWS Cloud Operations Architect (CoA) is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. As a trusted advisor you'll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology. You'll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services. You will provide advocacy and technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers' AWS environments operationally healthy. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS. You will work with Public Sector customers in Norway — including government agencies, municipalities, and public institutions — helping them navigate their cloud journey while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. Our Cloud Operations Architect partner with some of the most impactful organizations in the Nordic public sector. You'll provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project and launch planning, as well as ongoing operational issues.
