Must Have
3+ years Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), 3+ years Windows Server administration, Experience with ITSM platforms, scripting skills: Bash, PowerShell, or Python, Experience with patch management tooling (Azure Update Manager), Familiarity with Entra, DNS, DHCP, Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS), Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Microsoft Azure administration experience, Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, Cloud networking: VPCs, peering, load balancers, DNS, Understanding of cloud security best practices and IAM
Nice to Have
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certification, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications, Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, PRTG), ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of ITIL processes, Experience in a hybrid cloud or multi-cloud enterprise environment

Implementing and maintaining cloud cost governance

Supporting cloud architecture decisions and assisting with infrastructure-as-code tooling
Monitoring cloud environments
Assisting with cloud security controls
and executing patching cycles for Windows and Linux servers
Using patch management tools to maintain compliance
Monitoring patch compliance and producing reports
Documenting patching outcomes
and remediation steps
Managing and supporting Linux servers and Windows Server environments
Performing system configuration
and capacity planning
Administering Entra in Windows environments
Implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions
Providing Level 2/3 technical support to end users
and connectivity issues
Escalating and managing issues through the ITSM ticketing system
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Contributing to knowledge base documentation and self-service resources

The **Cloud & Linux Operations Engineer **will be working from the Dubai location and will be responsible for servicing international customers. **Role Overview** We are looking for a skilled Cloud & Linux Operations Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of our multi-cloud environments across AWS, Oracle Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, as well as Windows and Linux server infrastructure. You will play a key role in keeping our systems secure, stable, and running at peak performance, while also providing end-user support when required. **Key Responsibilities** **Cloud Infrastructure** * Administer, monitor, and optimise cloud resources across AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Microsoft Azure. * Provision and manage cloud compute, storage, and identity services. * Implement and maintain cloud cost governance, tagging policies, and resource right-sizing. * Support cloud architecture decisions and assist with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tooling such as Terraform or
