What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s in IT/Engineering, 5+ years cloud/integration experience in federal environment, Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail, Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills, communication skills, both oral and written, U.S. Citizenship Required, Documented Goals for each of the firm's Eight ProSidian Global Competencies, support all business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian, understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio, ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary
Nice to Have
Familiarity with FEDRAMP compliant data architecture platform providers such as Databricks and Snowflake is desired, Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
What You'll Do.
Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs
Integration and automation of HR workflows using enterprise software solutions
including ServiceNow and SAP NS2 SuccessFactors
Consultative expertise in determining the most appropriate data system architecture
such as data warehouses
Technical understanding of migrating data from the current data system architecture to the upgraded data system architecture
Facilitate HR Tech Modernization delivering Human Capital Technology Support - HR Tech Modernization through Integrate systems | secure the cloud | enable compliant data flow
Design and implement secure integrations across HR support FedRAMP-compliant manage data migration and interoperability
and optimize technical components for HR Tech support system integration
and operational reliability
