# **About the Role:** **Grade Level (for internal use):** 10 **The** **Role:** Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Business Intelligence) **The Team:** The Business Intelligence (BI) team is responsible for building and operating the infrastructure that powers BI data workflows, automation, and operational services. The team works across Azure and AWS environments, focusing on CI/CD, automation, and scalable platform engineering. It values reliability, security, and an automation-first mindset to support data-driven decision-making. **The Impact:** This role is critical in ensuring that BI infrastructure is reliable, automated, and scalable, enabling seamless data workflows and analytics. By building robust CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and cloud infrastructure, the role directly improves operational efficiency, system resilience, and data availability for business stakeholders. **What’s in it for you:** * Opportunity to design and operate large-scale BI infrastructure across Azure and AWS. * Exposure to modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and cloud engineering. * Work closely with BI, data engineering, and platform/security teams. * Build highly reliable, secure, and scalable systems with real business impact. **Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions, ensuring stable, repeatable, and auditable deployments across environments. * Manage source control workflows (Azure DevOps Repos, GitHub) including branching strategies, pull requests, and code quality standards. * Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python and PowerShell) covering validations, provisioning, integrations, logging, error handling, and operational controls. * Design, provision, and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS including compute, networking, IAM/security, storage, and monitoring. * Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, incident response, performance tuning, reliability imp
